Welcome to the Dupont Volunteer Hose Company No.1 !
Located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, out organization provides emergency services for the
Borough of Dupont, Pennsylvania, and adjoining communities.
Dispatched through the
Luzerne County 911 Center,
we also provide emergency response support for
Interstate 81, the Northeast Extension of the
Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-476), and the
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport.
Incorporated since 1915, our organization is 100% volunteer, and depends on the support of our community to continue providing 24/7 uninterrupted emergency response.
